We get support requests every day and we want to answer them all in the best possible way because we value you as a customer. This is why we kindly ask you to send us all support request via our dedicated support forum only. This has numerous simple reasons that we want to share with you in the following.
1. Only one support channel for faster responsetime
You can imagine that it is a lot more effort to check support requests in multiple channels like email, comments on Themeforest marketplace, direct mails, Skype chats etc. And in most cases there are follow up questions, so we need to monitor responses on these channels too.
All that is much easier and quicker when we can focus on just one platform: the support forum.
2. Get quick support without even asking
The forum hast the big benefit that it is searchable.
